Loco meals - Chicken Cordon Bleu
Cooking Instructions:
- Defrost: 1- 2 hours* (Read our blog on "How to defrost food safely")
- Pre-heat your oven to 180c
- Optional step: While waiting for your oven to preheat, prepare a pan with oil, and shallow fry your chicken for 5 mins on each side. (Will make the crust crispier)
- Place a baking paper on your baking tray
- Placed the Chicken on the baking paper
- Bake the chicken in the oven at 180c - 200c until golden brown (approximately 12-18 minutes)
- Once cooked, take it out from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes
- While the chicken is resting, heat up the sauce in a saucepan
- Pour over chicken and enjoy
- Best serve with a side salad, or oven roasted veggies

- Chicken - antibiotics and hormone free
- We used Chicken breast in this recipe
- Bread Crumbs
- Eggs
- Flour
- Swiss Cheese
- Bacon (Contains Pork)
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
