Loco Meals - Chicken meatballs

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Defrost for 30 mins - 1 hour* (Refer to our blog "How to defrost safely") 
  2. Preheat your oven to 175c
  3. Put a little oil on the frying pan
  4. Pan seer meatball on medium heat
  5. Place the seared chicken on a baking tray
  6. Pop the tray into the oven and continue baking for 10-12 mins
  7. Once chicken is cooked, remove from oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving
  8. Very versatile, can be served with pasta, or made into a meatball sandwich, or with some tomato rice....the possibilities are endless 

 

Ingredients used:

  • Chicken - antibiotics and hormone free
  • We minced the chicken from a mix of breast and thigh. Absolutely no off-cuts
  • Mixed herbs
  • Worchester sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  

Storage:

Best kept frozen
