Loco Meals - Chicken meatballs
Cooking Instructions:
- Defrost for 30 mins - 1 hour* (Refer to our blog "How to defrost safely")
- Preheat your oven to 175c
- Put a little oil on the frying pan
- Pan seer meatball on medium heat
- Place the seared chicken on a baking tray
- Pop the tray into the oven and continue baking for 10-12 mins
- Once chicken is cooked, remove from oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving
- Very versatile, can be served with pasta, or made into a meatball sandwich, or with some tomato rice....the possibilities are endless
Ingredients used:
- Chicken - antibiotics and hormone free
- We minced the chicken from a mix of breast and thigh. Absolutely no off-cuts
- Mixed herbs
- Worchester sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Storage:
Best kept frozen
