Loco Meals - Chicken Schnitzel
Cooking Instructions:
Cooking method 1: On the stove
- Defrost: 30mins - 1 hour* (Read our blog on "How to defrost food safely")
- Put a little oil on your frying pan and then add a knob of butter (about 80g)
- Fry 7-8 minutes on each side on medium low heat
- Remove from heat when the crust is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through
- Allow the Chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving
- While the Chicken is resting, heat up the sauce in a sauce pan
- Pour over Chicken or use it as a dipping sauce
- Best serve with a side of salad or pasta
Cooking method 2: In the Oven
- Defrost: 30mins - 1 hour* (Read our blog on "How to defrost food safely")
- Preheat oven to 170c
- Place a baking paper in your baking tray
- Put your chicken on the baking paper
- Spray a little oil over the chicken or place a knob of butter (80g) on it
- Bake for 10-15 mins, until chicken is cooked through
- Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest
- While the chicken is resting, heat up your sauce
- Pour it over your chicken or use it as a dipping sauce
- Best serve with a salad, or over pasta
