Loco Meals - Chicken Teriyaki (Contains Mirin - slight alcohol content)
Cooking Instructions:
- Defrost: 1-1.5hours* (Read our blog on "How to defrost food safely")
- Pour a little oil in your frying pan, on medium heat
- Once the oil is hot, place the chicken on the frying pan.
- Pan fry each side for 5-7 mins each, until it is caramelized (Stir your chicken to avoid burning)
- Once the chicken is about done, turn down the fire to low
- Pour the gravy in and cook for another 2 mins
- Add a little hot water if the gravy becomes too thick for your liking
- Serve with a bowl of steaming rice and a ramen egg....(yummy)

- Chicken - antibiotics and hormone free
- We used Chicken thigh in this recipe
- Light soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Brown sugar
- Mince garlic
- Cornstarch
- Mirin (Contains alcohol)
- No added preservatives
- No MSG
