Loco Meals - Thai Green Curry Chicken

Delicious Green Curry Chicken that is easy to cook. We prepared the chicken and the curry and all you need to do is to cook it over the stove. Pile it on steaming rice and a side of stir fry vegetables for a delicious, hearty meal

Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Defrost: 1-1.5hours* (Read our blog on "How to defrost food safely") 
  2. Empty the content into a pot
  3. Medium fire, over the stove
  4. Cook it for about 20-25 mins until the chicken is cooked through
  5. Add hot water while you are cooking, to reach the consistency you like. 
  6. Add more red chili if you love more heat.   
  7. Serve with rice 

INGREDIENTS USED:

  • Chicken that are free from antibiotics and hormones 
  • We use Chicken Breast in this recipe. 
  • Green Chili
  • Lemongrass
  • Fresh Basil Leaf
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Kaffir Lime leaves
  • Coconut milk
  • Salt
  • No added Preservatives 
  • No MSG
  • No added additives

Storage

Best kept frozen. 

Defrost safely before cooking
