Loco meals - Rosemary & Garlic Chicken Leg

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Defrost for 1-2 hours* (Refer to our blog "How to defrost safely") 
  2. Preheat your oven to 180c - 200c
  3. Place a baking paper on your baking tray
  4. Place the chicken on the baking paper 
  5. Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 25-35 mins
  6. Once cooked through, remove from oven and allow the chicken to rest for a few mins before serving 
  7. Best served with some butter rice, or a side of fries and coleslaw

 

Ingredients used:

  • Chicken - antibiotics and hormone free
  • We used whole leg in this recipe
  • Rosemary leaf
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Storage:

Best kept frozen

Defrost safely before you cook
