Preparation method: For Stock: Dissolve 40g or 2½ tablespoons of Mamee Chef Rempah Ratus Serbaguna powder into 900ml of boiling water. For Cooking : 50g or 3¼ tablespoons of Mamee Chef Rempah Ratus Serbaguna powder into 1kg of cooked rice.
